Brian W. - Owner
Brian, the owner, has over 16 years of experience in the spa business. He has worked in almost every aspect of the hot tub business. This includes manufacturing, installation, sales, and service. His well-rounded understanding of the hot tubs helps him manage his teams and he eagerly shares his knowledge base with them.
Brian knows the importance of the customer experience and he strives to make sure the teams are focused on creating an exceptional experience for each customer. Serving the Northwest with three stores, Brian believes that the key to success is providing service that goes beyond a client’s expectation…before, during, and long after the purchase of a spa.
Brian is a family man. He enjoys spending time outdoors with the family and taking advantage of all the recreational activities. As seasoned travelers, the family enjoys venturing around the world, exploring the majestic beauty and culture of far off lands. Whether skiing, camping, or traveling, at the end of a fun day of activities they all enjoy relaxing in their spa.
Phil B.
Phil , born and raised in Michigan and moved to Oregon in 1986 ( which means I have moss on my back and webbs on my fingers ) has been a fixture at Spas Of Oregon for over 10 years now providing customers with exceptional service before and after the sale.” I truly love the Pacific NW- , the people , the places. ” Phil also loves his hot tub that he purchased through Spas Of Oregon and can be found soaking in it at least once or twice a day.
A graduate of Portland State University his background is Customer Service, Retail ,and Real Estate . Here at Spas Of Oregon you’ll find the atmosphere is friendly , knowledgeable and always courteous . We are focused on transparency ( we put our price on the internet ) and finding the perfect spa or swim spa based upon customers’ vision and features they want for the ultimate hydrotherapy experience. I’m a firm believer that the benefits of hydrotherapy go well beyond faster recovery time , increased circulation and pain reduction which makes having one in your own backyard a wise choice for most anybody.

David K.
David has over 35 years of experience with hot tubs. As a previous Moto-Cross racer with multiple back injuries he has used his hot tub for injury relief every day since his first back surgery in 1992. His entire family have been clients of Spas of Oregon for many years.
David’s background is in economics, insurance and finance. He and his dog Lily joined Spas of Oregon 10 years ago as his fun semi-retirement career. His long-standing experience as a hot tub owner as well as a customer of the industry gives him a well-rounded understanding of the hot tub customer’s needs. This helps him deliver the very best in sales, customer service, advice and knowledge to share with new and existing hot tub clients.
David prioritizes customer experience and ensures his team delivers outstanding service every time. He believes that the key to success is providing service that goes beyond a client’s expectation…before, during, and long after their purchase of a hot tub.
David is married and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking with his wife and their 3 dogs. He is an excellent chef, and loves preparing delicious meals for friends and family. Whether hiking or cooking, at the end of a fun day of activities they enjoy relaxing in their hot tub to wind down.
