Amazing people even after the installation. The service is beyond compare. The staff is super friendly and great to work with, got me into a spa that fit my exact needs. 4 years later, I am still happy and love their on site service.

I purchased a Dimension 1  spa from Spas of Oregon 2 years ago and couldn't be happier with the  spa and the service we continue to receive. Phil and Dave are the best. After years of having another top brand spa, we are so happy that we switched, and got a Lotus Bay.  I recently broke a part and Phil located it and kindly shipped it to me. We made an appointment to look at spas on a Thursday.  The salesman had no idea about it and acted surprised (it’s their system).  Another couple came in shortly after us, ready to buy, so we were pushed to the side.  Nothing special about the selection, pricing.  Advertised 0% financing but you pay significantly more for the hot tub.  I was told “you have to read the fine print “ which I always do and nowhere did it state you are paying more for the product. Purchased our swim spa 5 yrs ago and still the best purchase we have ever made.  We use our spa on a daily basis all yr long.  Purchase/install and follow up customer service has been seamless. We had a wonderful experience with Dave K at Spas of Oregon! Never having owned a hot tub, we were considering going down the Wayfair/Costco route to "get more value" than shopping locally, but quickly realized that with a purchase like this is really pays to make the purchase from a brick and mortar who will actually be responsible if something goes wrong. We've only had one minor issue and they were out there within 48 hours to repair and get us back in the water.

Dave was very professional, didn't oversell us (asked our budget and stuck to it, knowing we'd have to pay $1500 for the electric and $500 for a crane which he arranged) and we ended up with an @home 7 person tub out the door for ~8k. He communicated with us very clearly while the tub was ordered and our deck was being built and once it came time to deliver and install it, everything went off without a hitch.

I love spas of oregon! Everyone ive worked with has been friendly and very helpful! I recently had one of their repairmen, Quayde, come over to fix a problem with my hot tub and he went above and beyond! He was careful to shut the gate so my dog wouldn't get out :). He also noticed that the hot tub still wasn't acting normal after he replaced the pump. He let me know, and came back the next day to fix it without a second visit charge!
